Christmas Gift Ideas anyone? Please help?

My parents have declined this year for Christmas due to the economy. I asked them what they want for Christmas and he said nothing, only focus on their accounts. Financially I'm good to go for a second job I got, but still will not tell me. What are your ideas for a great Christmas present? Also any idea on what to get boyfriends mom? Thanks for your ideas!

What kind of things are in, do not collect anything specific. Add to your collection, or have something you are at. An example: My mother has started collecting jars of design, I am getting its a pretty purple and blue for Christmas. In the past I have received your lions (her favorite animal) pictures of the houses in the light (love) and are used to collect Boyd's Bears, so we buy those. Good Luck
