Homemade Christmas gifts for my friends?

Okay so, I have a couple of friends who want to give gifts, but friends who are not really great and I've spent over my budget with my friends and family. I prefer not to buy things. I have some basic supplies processing: yarn, glass beads, beads of a horse, seed beads, sewing machine and thread, some random panels, etc.. What are some easy things give to friends as gifts.
