How does your family buy Christmas presents?

I come from a Brady Bunch. My mother married her father again in the years 70, and 9 were of us "kids". We have already grown and multiplied. I have (not included in the laws, next to my family of origin) 21 nieces and nephews. My two children that my mom's grandmother 23! And some of the older nieces and nephews have started having children. My question today is: How to manage your family buying gifts for Christmas? Time after selecting the "best answer" (will it be you?) To see how we managed without ruining a crowd! Merry Christmas everyone!

Everyone picks a name from a hat and get that family member a gift. You can not get everyone a gift that is really exspensive.
