I need a Christmas gift idea for my boyfriend.?

My boyfriend is 18 and freshman in college. We've been together a year and few months. He is a hunter, fisherman and a lover of all things football. I have a very nice blanket with a picture of us in the last year and iPod Touch for graduation. I want to do something big for Christmas, but I do not kno I want it.
