Parents – How much does each child at Christmas?

My husband and I have 3 children. We like to get each child a "BIG" gift Christmas and some smaller ones. But with high prices of toys that can easily reach about $ 150 or more for the gift of only big! So I was wondering, how much they spend on Christmas gifts for their children? How much in each? If I remember correctly I think we spent maybe around $ 350 or more last year in our children. We are not rich. Last year, my two younger children share some of their gifts. We have toys and games can share things like that.

Our goal is usually $ 200 – $ 300, but once you get out of shopping it comes to about $ 400 – $ 500. We do the same now only as a great gift and several small. A gift that is great and not expensive for a bike. Generally, you can get one at Target or Walmart for $ 50 – $ 60. Other is a basketball hoop. I think you can get one for under $ 70. Skateboards are always good and not too expensive. If your children are young you can get a few characters $ 30 at Toys R Us.
