christmas gifts bus drivers

If you're like many brides, probably thinking about hiring a limousine company to transport your wedding. Before the interview companies, you should think in What kind of car or limousine you would like to rent, for how many hours and write down any questions you would ask the company.
First Instead, calculate how many people will be riding in the limo, or how many in each limousine. There are several types of limousine vehicles, each seating a specific amount people comfortably. These are some of standard cars available, however, not all limousine companies will have the same cars available.
- Sedans (most cars, but sometimes the city of Mercedes or Sedans Specialty)
- 6 passengers Limousine (4 seats comfortably)
- 8 passenger Limousine (6 seats comfortably)
- 10 Passenger Limousine (8 seats comfortably)
- 12 passengers Limousine (seats 10 comfortably)
- SUV Limousine 14-22 (usually a Navigator, Escalade, or excursion)

- Classic cars (Rolls Royce, etc.).
Once you know how many people will be in the limo, then you need to track time in need. Most limousine companies charge by the hour, so it is important to decide how many hours you will need. Furthermore, most companies have at least an hour on Friday and Saturday nights, so if the wedding is held one of these days and just want a limousine for an hour, you still may be charged for the minimum rate. Also, inquire about their overtime rates. If your photo session runs a little longer than expected, you may be charged additional fees at the time of service, if the reservation ran over allotted time ITA. When asked about the packages, limousine companies many offer a wedding package. Normally, a wedding package includes 3 hours of red carpet service and often a champagne toast. Three hours of limousine service cover transport to the ceremony, transportation to the location of the picture, and leave the service at the reception. You may also want to think about transportation home after welcome. The limousine company can schedule a collection time of receipt without waiting for receipt.
You want to book the company at least four to six months before their wedding. If your wedding is between the months of April to September, you might want to book your transportation even before the months of the most popular wedding fill up quickly. Note that during the months of April to June, depending on the area, limousine companies, book-which also proms  may hinder their backup plans.
Call several companies in the area and see how they answer your questions and queries. It is important to be responsive and courteous with their requests. While their interest rates as well ask about gratuity, cancellation fees, and how pay rates for overtime. Limo Companies often allow grace period of fifteen minutes to allow more time, however, once the grace period, overtime may be charged. Ask what the vehicles come with well, alcohol, music, smoking or not smoking, chilling, and / or food. If possible schedule an appointment to see your vehicle fleet.
Book your limo company that you feel will be on time, have the best car and driver, and has the best price. For most people, the price is not as important as the service and therefore not automatically choose the lowest rate, often in the limousine business, you get what you pay for. When booking, be sure to get a copy of the contract, confirmation / reservation number, and its cancellation policy writing. Confirm with the company if the work is delivered or if they will be farming out work to another company. If the plan of farming out the work, (which is a practice common limousine companies, especially for "hot reserve" dates) to obtain the name and address of the company for you to check reliability, the condition of cars and service. If you do not feel comfortable with your wedding carriage by another company, I say so.
One week before your wedding, call and confirm your reservation and request a contact number for the driver. Be sure to check the route and directions to pick up are correct. The day Wedding also want to call and confirm that your limousine is scheduled to arrive on time.
