Christmas gift ideas for groups?

Every year we go to the house of my husband's grandmother's the weekend before Christmas for a family reunion. All of the family exchanges gifts that are all equal. We have about 10 families we have to buy Sub. Last year I made fudge and put it in cups Christmas. This year I want to do something really nice, cheap, and easy. I work and really can not bake this year. Does anyone have any cute and creative ideas? The ages of couples ranging from 22 of the 60's.
