Need ideas for Christmas gifts for 22 year old brother?

I need help with a Christmas gift idea for my brother. He is 22, and does not like video games or sports. He lives in a small town to gift certificates or store chain movie passes are out. Do not smoke or drink at all much. I'm looking to spend about $ 40. I'm confused! Please help! I decided to put a "Night at the Movies" pack. , I will buy (a couple of DVD's HMV has 2 for $ 20), a nice big bowl, some microwave popcorn, a few condiments, snacks and other theatrical Some windows.
