6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons salt butter

3 egg yolks

cocoa

Place the chocolate in the top of a boiler double and bring the water to boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until chocolate melts. Add the butter and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating with electric mixer after each addition. Add the rum. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover and let stand for 12-24 hours in a cool, dry place. (Do not refrigerate). Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cocoa. freeze for 1 hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Makes about 2 dozen.
